Our Boards
All grazing boards are freshly prepared, delivered ready to serve. The boards themselves are even biodegradable! Perfect for birthdays, brunches, team treats, bridal mornings and "just because". Our signature boards are available to order online in two sizes to serve 4-6 or 8-10 people.

- Grazing Tables - Full tables styled on-site for for any special celebration, from weddings, milestone birthdays, to corporate launch events. Disposable serveware included. Minimum order 15 guests.
- Grazing Cups - Individual mini grazes in branded cups for everything from corporate events and press drops to VIP areas.
- Grazing Boxes - Lunchbox-style grazes, perfect for team lunches, family picnics or larger corporate events.

By enquiring you acknowledge our cancellation policy. For regular grazing boards, cancellations made more than 7 days before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery date are non-refundable. For larger events, grazing tables and on-site set ups, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Full payment will be required three weeks before your event, at which point the order is non-refundable.

Where do you deliver?
We create and deliver grazing boards across Surrey and London. Delivery within 10 miles is free. For larger and corporate events, where set-up would take place on site, we are happy to deliver outside of Surrey. Delivery fees would apply.
How do I order?
Our signature boards can be ordered online. For anything else just pop your event details into our enquiry form or drop us an email at hello@grazeandcoe.com and we'll get the platter started! Full payment is taken on order for all grazing boards. Larger events and grazing tables will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book, with full payment due three weeks before your event.
Do you cater weddings / corporate events?
Absolutely. We style full grazing tables for weddings, launches, team days, and client events. We can work with you to cater alongside your colour palette and theme!
What if no one is in to receive the delivery?
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the day — we wouldn’t want your graze to miss its moment! If no one is home, we may try a neighbour or contact the number provided. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee redelivery or offer refunds if the recipient isn’t available to accept the order.
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is one of our regular grazing boards for up to 4 people. Grazing tables have a minimum order of 15 guests.
Allergens & dietary requests
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when you enquire. While we do take great care, our boards may contain (or come into contact with) common allergens.
Cancellation Policy & Terms
We know plans can change, but due to the fresh and perishable nature of our produce, all orders are final once confirmed and paid. This allows us to secure premium ingredients and styling materials in advance, and ensures we can create the best possible experience for your event.
